*Déjà vous *or an epidemic of police autonomy?

OMG!!  Obviously the month of October seems to be "Let's kill unarmed youth
with no serious consequences"  The only difference between what happened in
Pensacola FL (Oct. 3, 2009) just a few days before Kiwane's death (Oct. 9,
2009) and everything that has followed since---- is that one officer used a
patrol car to kill his unarmed victim and our officer(s) used a bullet to
the chest.

POLICE OFFICER RETURNS TO WORK CITIZENS say they WILL NOT go away until
justice is done
