I do not know if he signed one or not; but he is on the audio mp3 file verbally agreeing to it after Troy Daniels gave him his Garrity Rights prior to the actual interview.  Check out the News-Gazoo link to the audio mp3  file.

Can anybody get a copy of Finney's Garrity signed doc?  It was not included in the 6 pgs released to the News-Gazette.  In fact it was the only one missing.  Did he sign one?
