Your comparing apples to onions !

Those countries you mentioned are third world lesser developed countries, 
not an advanced developed country like the United States.
The league of comparison for the U.S. would be countries like ; Sweden, 
Germany, France, etc.

Which by the way, I would take their ;  healthcare system, Labor laws, 
social security systems, low violent crime rate, free higher education, 
etc..any day of the week over the U.S., which is rapidly approaching third 
world status, thanks to the sell-out corporate dem politicians.
