The Mayor just put out a 5 page memorandum (see attached)



The Mayor is now saying that removal of rental licenses is a  
possibility (after telling me that Urbana cannot).

She also suggests a few things as "improvements" to the ordinance --  
such as creating a fund to pay for removal and re-settlement of an  
entire complex if Urbana closes the building down.

It is very clear that this is meant to be selectively enforced to  
remove those who are "undesirable" from the community.

This thing needs to be shut down and shut down fast.
