I have had a Facebook account for a long time but never did much with it until recently.

It is rapidly becoming an important tool in networked connectedness for me,
despite Facebook's many flaws, programming bugs, non-intuitive interface,
inane and irritating ads and gimmicks, etc.

One feature is that you can recommend "friends" that you know to meet up.

For example...

Greg Bishop and Gary Franchi are now friends. You suggested this friendship.

Anthony Pomonis and Barry Goldwater are now friends. You suggested this friendship.

William Greene and Nancy Cummins are now friends. You suggested this friendship.

Tom Leser and Mark Mallon are now friends. You suggested this friendship.

Cindy invited you to join the Facebook group
"If Obama is not a warmonger, Cindy Sheehan and I will shave our heads!".

It's a good thing.

Let's join our hands and build this movement and change our world.

*/"The time has come to act. /*
*/May future generations look back on our work and /*
*/say that these were men and women who, /*
*/in a moment of great crisis, /*
*/stood up to the politicians, the opinion-molders, and the
establishment, /*
*/and saved their country."/*/ /
- Congressman Ron Paul
