[Peace-discuss] Progressives need to speak out NOW and often

I sent this to the White House just now (and I'm about to send another re the need for investigation into Bush torture practices and secret CIA programs): 
 
"Stop the wars in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Pakistan NOW. These wars are not justified, nor are they winnable, nor affordable re coffers or reputation.
 
President Obama needs to find other advisors than those frightening him into a repeat of the Bush policies. He's a better man than Bush, but actions speak louder than words, and a person's character is silent w/o actions to back it up."
