racism vs. racial prejudice

interesting distinction.

Before November 2008, I had heard a few more people referring to
Israel as an apartheid. That is indeed what it is. But since November,
I have not heard apartheid term used except by the usual suspects.
Israel is now more than ever an apartheid.

legal structures. hmmm. Does that include the interpretation of laws
and the execution of laws?

A national database full of racially profiled people would be racial prejudice?
