"Staley: The Fight For A New American Labor Movement" March 30, Noon,

"Staley: The Fight For A New American Labor Movement" was published by
the University of Illinois Press in March 2009. The authors will make
a brief presentation followed by a discussion. Steven K. Ashby is an
associate clinical professor in the Chicago Labor Education Program of
the School of Labor and Employment Relations, University of Illinois
at Urbana-Champaign. C.J. Hawking is a United Methodist pastor and
the executive director of the faith-based workers’ rights group Arise
Chicago. Both were Staley workers’ solidarity organizers.
