CZECH GOVERNMENT LOSES NO-CONFIDENCE VOTE
The Czech Republic's centre-right minority government, led by Prime Minister
Mirek Topolanek, has lost a parliamentary no-confidence vote and must resign,
midway through the country's six-month EU presidency.
