The Foreign Policy Initiative is the bad cop to the administration's good cop as 
Obama implements the constant US policy toward the Middle East.

With the results of the administration's self-styled review of Afghan policy due 
out tomorrow, a neocon alternative arrives just in time to make Obama's policy 
look moderate rather than murderous, as it is.  --CGE
