You know what? That line may have been on the application from the Danville
school. The application posted by Urbana High does not mention the need to
be in a religious institution. I wonder if Danville now has their own
scholarship program? There are similar things all over the country now.

Open to 4-5th graders, middle and high school

My head hurts. Otherwise I would track down where I got the first quotes.
Actually, part of the problem is that nobody links to the original documents
and Google can't return what is not linked to. So googling "Martin Luther
King, Jr. Celebration Committee 2010 champaign" does very little good.
