I nominate the Champaign City Police Force, the Champaign City Council, 
the Mayor and the City manager for a joint effort award for a job well done.

No other group in the area has done as much as they have in exposing 
discrimination, prejudice and racism in Champaign.  For their 
outstanding efforts we should be truly thankful, since they spared no 
effort and overcame great odds.
