Anyone can un-subscribe themselves from the mailing list,
or switch to "digest" mode, where you get periodic batches of
messages instead of receiving them individually, or temporarily
suspend receiving mail, or ..., using the web address included
at the bottom of *every* list message.   In this case, that's:

    http://lists.chambana.net/cgi-bin/listinfo/peace-discuss

You can also write to the list administrators, whose collective address
("peace-discuss-owner at lists.chambana.net") is listed at the bottom of the above page.

Writing to the list itself is not the best way to ask for administrative action,
since it goes to everyone -- and if anyone else also wants off, they're
liable to reply with a "me too" message, annoying everybody further, etc.
