RE: involuntarily working part-time
I am not sure if this is similarly applicable to the two different
eras (the Great Depression era and this era).
Actually, I am not sure what 'involuntarily working part-times' means
now in this era.
I know loads of people who work several part-time jobs. Do they count
as 'involuntarily working part-time'?
Real health-care reform would have helped the raise the employment
rate. Employers try to save money by hiring part-time employees
instead of having to supply full-time workers with benefits.
