[Peace-discuss] charges against Jeshaun dropped

I heard on WILL AM 580 that the charges against Jeshaun were dropped
because he "stayed in school, stayed out of trouble, and completed a
counseling program with his mother."[paraphrased slightly]

States Attorney Julia "Rietz says dropping charges against the youth
was not based on an inability to prove them."
