*GANGSTALKED AGAIN IN SAN ANTONIO TEXAS USA*

I was gangstalked in Los Angeles and had to move 6 times, twice across
international boundaries. This didn't help. Congratulations to my
tormentors, they've now graduated to "international terrorism."

I was left alone for 13 months after moving to San Antonio, Texas, USA.
Then about the second week of November 2009 it started again for no apparent
reason. I've had enough of this, even a little is too much, so I'm going to
teach you...

HOW TO SPOT THEIR VEHICLES:

Police and others use specific ways of marking their vehicles. These are
called "Tradecraft." Below are some of the markings most commonly used.

*Pine Tree Air Fresheners (Verified by Texas Department of Public Safety.
This is decades old)

*Crooked license plates

*One missing headlight or taillight

*One healight or taillight brighter than the other

*No lights at all

*One missing parking or fog light front and or rear

*No front plate

*Missing hubcap or hubcaps

*Very dark tint jobs and extremely bright headlights often on a white car
with black trim. Vehicles configured this way are often used for escort
work, but I've been stalked and harrassed by these, so I'm including them.

*Handicapped Placards hanging from the rear view mirror

*Beads, flowers or anything else unusual hanging from the rear view mirror

*Toys on rear deck

*Various types of decals

*Antenna decorations, sometimes called “antenna balls”

*Holiday or Christmas decorations, especially red ribbon on the radiator
grill. I saw these locally and on vehicles in Afganistan on CNN

*A vehicle with a custom rim different then the other three custom rims.

*Vehicles playing very loud bass (The SAPD has a sick looking pink pickup
truck with dark tinted windows)

*Various types of dents. The “PIT Manuever” dent is the most easily
recognizable. It consists of a dimple on either the right or left corner of
the rear bumper.

*A vehicle so badly damaged that it shouldn't be on the road at all

*Driver’s door different color than the rest of the vehicle. These are
usually black-on-white.

In general anything that makes a vehicle look out of place, even a
little. When
evaluating a vehicle for tradecraft, use the hit system. The more
tradecraft elements you count on a single vehicle, the more likely you have
a bogie.

*Also, cafe style motorcycles with one headlight on, on a two headlight
bike. The riders will be wearing full leathers. You may sometimes see the
riders wearing rigid backpacks. These are RF jamming devices intended to
prevent remote detonation of RCIED's (Remote Controlled Improvised Explosive
Devices). If you Google RF jamming devices, you will eventually find the
web site for these backpacks.

Hand Signs: I'm aware of two

*Driver’s hand outside the window pointing down at a 45% angle, like the
Latin American gangs. (The SAPD has been using this for the last several
days since I’ve been posting this article. This is actually very clever for
them, since this is essentially “retractable” tradecraft.)

*Something similar to the above using a cigarette. I beleive it's called,
"show us your smoke."

If you spot a vehicle with tradecraft don't assume it's traveling alone.
They often travel in groups of two or more. Look for the others. They are
extremely dangerous. If they catch you looking at them and they know who
you are, they'll run some pretty ugly "psyops" on you. And, if you're
unlucky enough to be in a position to impede their movement, you may be run
off the road. I was.

My experience being gangstalked started in April of 2003, after "flipping
off" one of their escortees who had just run me off the road. This was the
second time I had been run off the road. What happened next was as
unimaginable as it was barbaric. Every escort cop in the city harrassed me
24/7 for the next two weeks without abatement. So my first experience being
gangstalked was by the escort cops of the LAPD. What a bunch of F'in
heroes. NOT!

When I first moved to San Antonio 15 months ago there wasn't a lick of
tradecraft on the streets, now they're filthy with it. We're being invaded
by something. Whoever these people are I hope they go back where they came
from. They're NOT good neighbors, they're terrorists.

It sure looks like SA's turning into another scum-sucking spy town like
Houston and Laredo. What a tragedy!

**PRINT AND SAVE THIS CHEAT SHEET. IF YOU DON’T SEE IT TODAY YOU WILL
EVENTUALLY. This stuff changes daily.

BTW:

All the computers in the public libraries are wiretapped “big-time,” and you
can’t even clear the browser history. The first day I posted this article I
was greeted with a very rude surprise in traffic on the way home. I’ve also
heard complaints from several of my friends that wiretapping is rampant in
San Antonio. I can attest that not only is it rampant, but capricious and
vindictive. Not only did they wiretap my Internet connection, they leaked
the information they obtained to a third “non-govermental” party, from whom
I received the “surprise.” I can’t even begin to tell you how far out of
compliance this is with federal wiretapping guidelines authorized undere
F.I.S.A. (the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act), which “only”
authorizes warrantless wiretaps in cases of foreign espionage. *If they’re
willing to do this just to mess with someone, do you really think your
business secrets aren’t fair game?*

They also have roving and stationary plain-clothed civillian foot and
vehicle patrols that text message the whereabouts, direction and
time-of-travel of *any *individual they *choose* to target, even if that
individual is not under investigation. I have been threatened by these
people on several occaissions and been “shown” my bust on two cellphones and
one wireless enabled “Gameboy.” In my case this “tool” was used to harrass
me and not for any legitimate law enforcement purpose. I can only describe
this as “punitive surveillance” which is strictly prohibited by the fourth
and fourteenth amendments to the US Constitution, the gist of which is that
the power of investigation cannot be used to stifle or “chill” lawful
expression and behavior, mush less activities of “daily living” such as
going to work or to the gym and “life processes” such as eating and
sleeping. *If they’re willing to do this, what makes you think they won’t
text your leaving your hotel to someone up the road who’ll crash into your
Mercedes or BMW to collect the insurance.*

*TOURISTS AND CONVETIONERS:*

I don’t recommend San Antonio as a travel destination. It’s not civil
rights, due process, or “privacy” friendly. Vote with your feet. Patronize
a destination that is less tolerant of domestic spying and all the corrupt
skulduggery that inevitably comes with it.

And please report back, or start your own thread. I’d love to take a poll
or read about the most civil rights friendly and domestic spying intolerant
communities in America or the world for that matter. Americans and others
deserve to be informed about the communities that are going top treat them
the best, even if they’re overseas. It’s too important to be left to
chance.

**Warning to travelers going to Caraccas Venezuela. Don’t take the “Black”
airport taxis. The drivers function as intelligence agents and probably
have American ties. Take “only” the “White” independently owned taxis. The
drivers are honest, although a bit pushy, but they will take you where you
want to go and will usually charge half of what the black taxis do.
