Stuart,
I believe this is a general problem right now with all the chambana.net 
email lists. I had the same problem with a message sent to the 
imc-web at ucimc.org list yesterday. It seems hit or miss or perhaps it's 
more the case that it only affects those messages sent that use an 
alias, rather than an absolute (or true or whatever the exact term is) 
address for the list.
