Francis is a long-time member of the UI law faculty and a notable Irish thorn in
its rather corpulent and complacent side. Francis does not suffer fools gladly
and has at divers time instituted impeachment proceedings against both Bush pere
et fils, as well as speaking out against other USG crimes - which of course has
led to his being largely ostracized by respectable academic and legal circles.
Good on him. --CGE
