On News from Neptune, we refer to what we've called The Incompleteness 
Principle.  It holds that "No one can be wrong all the time."

But I'm beginning to think that the principle is at risk. A major counterexample 
seems to be shaping up. Economist Doug Henwood marshals the evidence:

"So BHO is going to call for a freeze on domestic discretionary spending. Guy 
gets worse all the time."
