[Peace-discuss] WaPo on post-9/11 growth of national security state: "A hidden world, growing beyond control"; 3 dots for C-U

One hypothesis is that, as the administration struggles to appoint a new DNI, 
the CIA and Panetta (who has shown himself quite jealous of CIA prerogatives) 
help the WaPo expose the "hidden world" that is not under Agency control, in 
order to restore the natural order of things..
