[Peace-discuss] Holocaust Industry Watch

There are 4 pages of "World" or "Nation" news in the NG today, not counting the 
front page article about AZ. Ads take those 4 pages down to 3, including photos. 
Of those 3, more than 1/2 page is occupied by two AP articles plus a photo:

One is about a concentration camp guard, the other about the Warsaw ghetto. The 
latter claims:

"Young people do not understand what it means that Warsaw was in ruins; they 
think it was just a few collapsed houses," Jan Oldakowski, the director of the 
Warsaw Uprising Museum, told reporters at a screening of the film "City of 
Ruins."
 
It is hard for young people these days to understand about cities in ruins, even 
in Poland.

It would be perfectly normal for normal people to look at the paper this morning 
and think that something has gone insane--even more than usual. But most normal 
people have been long indoctrinated not to think any such thought in relation to 
the exploitation of the Holocaust. But it would really be OK--especially in 
light of prominent local Jews selling racist T-shirts--for someone to write a 
letter saying so. Perhaps even a non-Jewish person, since the inevitable charges 
of anti-Semitism just don't sound as good against Jews.
