Dearest Legislative People, Champaign-Urbana Citizens and On-lineCommunity Members:

After speaking with Sgt. Brian Mennenga concerning finding two (2) reputable people to help me change the venue of a case, it was found in my best interest for me to turn to the general population to find these two (2) reputable people.  I am chaning the venue due to the prejudice of the inhabitants.  This does not automatically mean all of the inhabitants of an area, just those involved with the case ranging from the witnesses to the court officials (judges).  I have had two of my cases dismissed with prejudice 05-SC-00004 and 05-SC-000005 which runs contrary with Rule 62 Canon 2 and/or Rule 63 Canon 3 of the Illinois Judicial Code.   "Reputable" means, "to be in good standing."  or "without a legal record against them."  I am needing to switch the venue of case 03-D-319 as my ex-husband is threatining to send our joint son to a non-disclosed location which can interfere with my visitation rights.  I also live in Madison County and have no
significant connection with Champaign County as I live and work in Madison County.  I have the affidavit forms printed out.  I have no problem with traveling to Champaign or Urbana, IL to go over the three cases mentioned in this email so that you can state why the case's venue should be changed.  The affidavits must by signed and sworn before a notary public.  If you will or will not help, let me know.  If you know of a person who will help me, let me know this too so that I can arrange a time to meet with you or that named person.

Thank You in Advance,

Nora E. Whipple
