FYI: we have an offer from the IMC for a locked room for AWARE
sign etc. storage, which we would share with one other group.
They're asking $40/month = $480/year, which is about what we
used to pay for the room shared with the public i.

As storage space goes, I think it's comparable to what we
used to have -- probably more accessible since it's not as narrow.

Since we have the first crack at the space, we can choose either the front or
back half of it.   (I think back half would be a better deal.)

Do we want this?  Karen M. has seen the space and may have comments too.
