Yet an Appeals Court recently ruled that two people thrown out of a 2005 Bush
speech because their cars had "No Blood for Oil" bumper stickers did not have
their First Amendment rights violated.
And what about those Free Speech Zones? Not to mention a slew of "hate
crimes" legislation banning "hate-filled, venomous speech?"
Surely the First Amendment doesn't protect "hate"?
