I have no idea. You might ask Qumsiyeh: Mazin Qumsiyeh <mazin at qumsiyeh.org>. Right-wing Christians (Scalia, Thomas, Roberts) and three "centrists" (Ginsberg, Sodomeyer,now Kagan) may have led him to his statement. He has a right to be suspicious. --mkb
