Yes, of course! I think that the "timely" protest next Wednesday (6/9) against Caterpilllar in Chicago should help to generate such a coalition.

I'd be astonished if we got anything other than a conventional expression of
support from either of them - something along the lines of Obama's statement
this morning. ("President Barack Obama told Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin
Netanyahu he deeply regretted the loss of life...")

How about a coalition to demand that our Congressional representatives support 
instead an immediate suspension of US aid - economic and military - to Israel?
