It appears that everybody has to blame some one.

>From my perspective, everyone is to blame; and I do not trust anyone any 
more.  Those who run for public office do not deserve to get it; and the 
holding of public office should be considered a capital offense.  Having a 
government these days is almost just as bad as having no government;  under 
today's circumstances, we are entering Hobbesian state of affairs where no 
one trusts anyone or wants to accept responsibility when they can blame some 
one else which results in the equivalent of a "war of all against all."
