Obama's dictatorial claim to be able to order killings at will in fact exposes 
the weak reed on which his Mideast war policy rests: the Authorization for the 
Use of Military Force of September 2001.  Obama has criminally extended it even 
farther than Bush did - to justify war throughout the Mideast - and thereby 
makes himself even more impeachable.

Unwarranted killings would seem to fulfill the Founders' idea of a "high crimes 
or misdemeanors."
