At the bottom on posts, there is a link to the list:

Go to that.

Log in at the very bottom (in the section: Peace-discuss Subscribers ;
"edit options" is what you want to do) .

Your Peace-discuss Subscription Options:

Receive your own posts to the list?
Ordinarily, you will get a copy of every message you post to the list.
If you don't want to receive this copy, set this option to No.

Mine is set to yes.
