[Peace-discuss] Abdi/Parsi: Fix visa problems for Iranian students

"American Xenophobia is not limited to Iranian students."

That's certainly true, but relative to Middle East countries, the
single-entry visa problem is unique to Iranian students (I have heard
that Chinese students have similar problems.)
