[Peace-discuss] End executions in Illinois

The Illinois House has voted to ban the death penalty. Now we must urge 
Governor Quinn to sign the bill into law. 

The governor has asked for the public's opinion on the issue, and your 
voice is needed to urge him to do the right thing and sign the ban.
