UK comrades will have seen Newsnight last night and been shocked at the pathetic attempts of Paxman to set traps for the EDL and fall into them himself, allowing Nazi Stepehn Lennan to come across as a working class hero pretending to be against violence and deflecting evidence of connections with Breivik, but warning of great storms ahead if the problems weren't dealt with. [Neither he nor Paxman discussed what the problems were or how to solve them]. 

Here are some claims I got off various sites:
 
2010 Birmingham police lost control of a fascist demonstration in the City Centre on Saturday. The march organised by the Islamophobic English Defence League quickly spilled out of control as hundreds of EDL thugs bussed in from all over the country marched in the city and broke away from the two sites designated for the march, provoking violent clashes with local people and anti-fascist demonstrators. They threw bricks and bottles at the locals and chanted racist and Islamophobic abuse as they marched towards New Street in the city centre. Their ruse is that they were marching against 'extremism' but their motives were soon revealed by their racist chanting and by the unfurling of an Israeli flag by the EDL skinheads.

The Norwegian government's number one issue this week was supporting the recognition of Palestine and criticizing Israel for outlawing boycotts on the settlements. Norway supports settlement boycotts.

The main activity at the Utoya Island Meeting were mock "Break the Israel blockade" games. One event was Palestinian aide boats would try to break the Israel blockage. Whoever gets through first wins. The sign says "defeat the blockade" (opphev blokkaden - Gaza)
