There may be issues about which this is true - it's worth talking about - but 
war is certainly not one of them.

I do agree though that "The anti-war movement should be independent from both 
parties, Democrats and Republicans" - but that would not preclude working for an 
anti-war candidate or plank in either party, if such should appear (Haley 
Barbour?!).
