Yeah, but it's struck down on a technicality, as I understand it -- not b/c the original action was unconstitutional or illegal, but b/c the action was pushed thru precipitously and w/o enuff transparency. The only way to really stop this kinda stuff is to get rid of Walker et al. Fortunately, it seems like this might be possible.

A Wisconsin judge yesterday
overturned the law taking away public employee collective bargaining
rights that Gov. Scott Walker (R) and the legislature rammed through
earlier this year. The judge ruled the legislators violated open meeting
laws. AFL-CIO President Richard Trumka says the decision "underscores
the point that when people's rights are blithely violated, our politics
are broken." A state Supreme Court hearing is set for June.
