Our incumbent Congressman, Tim Johnson, rightly voted against this bit of Israel Lobby warmongering.

It's clear that the Republican candidate to replace him, Rodney Davis, would on the contrary have voted for it. 

But we have no way of knowing how the Democratic candidate, David Gill, would have voted, do we?
