Roger Helbig is a retired USAF Lieutenant Colonel.

Since retiring, he has had time to stop and consider the results of his
wasted years in the military, the pointless endless wars, the killing, 
the suffering and
the utter futility of it all, and the crushing anguish has become almost 
too much
even for a war and bureaucracy hardened poge asshole.

He is now seeking comforting relationships among like-minded members of
local peace groups.
