Will this be the next weaponized drone in the US’s arsenal which they will use to replace waterboarding and other interrogation techniques as a threat against uncooperative prisoners and detainees.  A new form of drug and chemical warfare that can be secretly administered in the confines of a prision cell.  I would not be surprised to see it being used in law enforcement to eliminate those who are otherwise able to stay out of the control of law enforcement – you terminate them with a shot that kills their cells.  No taser, no pistol, no rifle – just a dart gun is all that is needed.
