Yes!!   No, wait... Everyone in the corporation's mgmt should get sued... And if any of those are pregnant, they can terminate a pregnancy and stand trial for murder... and if they decide not to terminate their pregnancies, their unborn fetus/fetuses) can vote from the moment of conception.

I am presently thinking that corporations should be able to enter into
contracts, but that the person who should be sued or do any suing is
the one who signed the contract, not the corporation.
