[Peace-discuss] "Trespass bill" await's Obama's signature - so much for freedom of assembly

Both the Senate and now the House (by 388 to 3) have approved this bill, 
which makes it a Federal crime to protest any area protected by the 
Secret Service (whether the public knows the SS is there or not), and 
assorted other restrictions, including disrupting official functions, or 
events of national significance, whatever they are.  Oh by the way, this 
will naturally include the NATO/G8 visits to Chicago (with SS 
protection).  And peaceful protests outside a Presidential candidate's 
speech (ditto).

All that remains is for Obama to sign it.
