[Peace-discuss] Rachel Maddow on Obama's accomplishments, wow!!

Quite an ambiguous list of "accomplishments," wouldn't you say?

~ expanding hate crimes laws, pro-inscos health care reform, increase of student debt, bailing out the banks, inadequate reform of Wall Street, ordering an assault on Pakistan to kill Osama bin Laden ("a planned assassination, multiply violating elementary norms of international law"), lying about withdrawing U.S. troops from Afghanistan, violating the War Powers act for an assault on Libya, imposing criminal sanctions on Iran (like Clinton's on Iraq, that his administration thought worth killing a half million children), deporting many more people than the Bush administration ~

and Maddow praised these things! - while neglecting to mention the summary assassinations by drones and death squads, even of American citizens; indefinite detention without trial, even of American citizens; continuation of torture and failure to prosecute American torturers; extension of the Mideast war to at least six more countries in Asia and Africa; and the savage suppression of whistleblowers - quite understandably, because these (and others) are all impeachable offenses.
