[Peace-discuss] [Peace] False Claims about Depleted Uranium in Fallujah

Carl,

I hate to say it but you are an arrogant ignoramus. DU is so weak
radioactively that it has no real radiation effects, but the real clincher
is that it never was used in Fallujah. I have been looking for reference
links because I have the documents, but not the links, pertaining to the
use of tank ammunition during the battles of Fallujah. The articles that
you provided all come from one source Mozghan Savabiesafahani who falsely
claims to have done research for the University of Michigan under contract
to the World Health Organization. Her real forte is disrupting Jewish
prayer services in Ann Arbor. As I recall, you are some sort of
religionist and I doubt that your God would stand for someone who disrupts
prayer services of any faith, There are children with birth defects in
Fallujah, but what is the cause, not DU since it never was used there and
probably not anything else since there were very few civilians in Fallujah
during the battles. Read the book New Dawn, the Battles of Fallujah by
Richard Lowry, you might actually learn something if you have any kind of
reasoning capability within your ears. If that is not the case, then I
find it hard to believe that the taxpayers of the Land of Lincoln paid good
money for you to teach their most precious resource, their children. More
later, but your arrogant and ignorant rebuttal needed to be put in its
place. By the way, you seem to think that you are still fighting the Bush
Administration's lies - and you never seem to have learned that you do not
fight lies with bigger lies - you scrupulously adhere to the truth and you
verify everything and just don't go off half cocked just because it sounds
good to your political leanings. By the way, I personally donated to the
Citizens for Legitimate Government group formed from a Yahoo Group I
belonged to after the selection on 2000. We flew a banner over the 2001
Rose Bowl about the Selection. I never supported George W Bush.

my Mother was Class of 1941 of the University of Illinois sadly, she died
two days after I was born due to childbirth complications -

PS - everyone reading this ingested, breathed in and drank a fraction of a
microgram of DU (aka U-238) today and will do so every day of the rest of
their life. All of your ancestors back to the earlies protohumanoids did
the same and all of your progeny to the nth future generation will do so as
well as long as we remain on Earth - U-238 is just that common and without
uranium, this would be a dead planet since the fissioning of uranium and
decay heat keeps the Earth's core molten - given this, if U-238 were the
horrid toxin that Saddam Hussein and all of the peace activists who bought
into his spiel, then why has humanity survived at all? That is the
question that the ICBUW never asks nor answers. If any of you who are with
the University of Illinois want to learn more, go to the Geology,
Chemistry, Physics and Biology departments and ask!
