	• The House of Representatives voted to approve warrantless surveillance of email and phone calls - not only of foreigners but U.S. citizens. The "FISA Amendments Act Reauthorization Act of 2012" was passed on Wednesday by 301 to 118. 

Rep. Tim Johnson voted against it, one of only seven Republicans to do so. But 74 Democrats voted for it. Would David Gill have been one of them?
