This is an excellent example of social inequality in the system and
the deliberate gaming of health care in the USA by
deliberate systematic restriction of the amount of health care available.

The problem is not who pays for health care, however.  The
problem is the way that "health care" is provided.  The system
has too few providers and the way that "health care" is provided
is deliberately stacked with incredible bureaucracy and complexity
which adds friction to the system and thus demands more money to
drive it.

There are not enough "doctors" and the system is deliberately
rigged such that only "doctors" can "legally" provide the services.
Just like the Police State is sold to the ignorant masses under
the guise of Safety and Security, the Medical-Pharmaceutical-Insurance
Racket has been sold to the sample sheeple under the guise of
Safe and High Quality Care.

It is a near ideal Catch-22 like system where the victims
(those who need health care) do not dare to challenge their
masters (those who provide health care) because
the victims are afraid that the masters will simply let
them die if they do not submit.

And indeed that is the case.

The Halls of Medicine have the mass of the amerikan
people held captive and they are too damn lazy, too damn
stupid, and too misled disorganized and fearful to do anything effective
to overturn their evil masters.

Amerikans are soft.
I think the Greek word for it is malakos.

The leaders of the political left are just as corrupted
by wealth and privilege as the privileged so-called right.
There is a opiate for the right and an opiate for the left.
No one snaps their fingers and no one wakes from the
hypnotic dream.

The Police State doesnt fuck with your privileged class.
They get the breaks while your "niggers and spics"
(the poor, collectively) get jail time for the benefit
of the amerikan jail industry.

Likewise the Medical Industrial complex makes sure that
the privileged political class is pampered.  You can bet that there
would be changes in the Police State and
"Halls of Medicine", muy pronto, if "Whiteman" really
was "jes'a Nigger like evva buddy else..."

The obamites have done an outstanding switcheroo of
feigned succouring and real suckering.
