[Peace-discuss] Reuters: U.S. directs agents to cover up program used to investigate Americans

Is this something that could be constrained at the local level? That is,
could local officials forswear, for example, using data gained from NSA
dragnet surveillance to prosecute domestic drug crimes? or: forswear using
it if the source of information is not disclosed to the defense?
