[Peace-discuss] Apply Leahy Law to Egypt: no U.S. aid to protester-killing police & military

By law, U.S. military and police aid must be cut off to any Egyptian
military or police unit that is credibly accused of gross violations of
human rights until the allegations have been resolved. We urge Congress and
the President to comply with and enforce the Leahy Law as it applies to
Egypt.
