[Peace-discuss] Oliver Stone: Help the UN rectify its cholera blunder in Haiti

Haiti's problem has always been the United States. Well at least since
the U.S. existed.

Sure, the French screwed up. And the Spaniards who first set foot on
the island were horrible. And the Dominican Republic has treated
Haitian migrant sugar cane workers like slaves. But it has been the
U.S. who pinned Haiti to the mat and never let it get a fighting
chance.
