ALL HANDS ON DECK !

The SEIU Custodians and Food Service Workers have had ENOUGH of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign's corporate like GREED !
Plenty of money for U of I Administrators who earn SIX FIGURE salaries, who refuse to give a decent wage to the Workers who keep the University operating.


These Workers have been receiving LESS net money on their paychecks for over TWO-YEARS now, and have had much of their work out sourced to private contractors, and have had retaliation against bargaining team members, three of whon have been fired on trumped-up charges during contract negotiations.
They have had Enough !

The last and final offer of the University of Illinois Administration was PATHETIC, and would have resulted in even less money on the Worker's pay-checks over the next three years, NOT counting the effects of inflation.

All of you who live in or near Champaign-Urbana, PLEASE, at the very LEAST, DO NOT cross any picket line !
You have a LEGAL RIGHT NOT to cross a picket line, becasue of the " possibility " of violence. Even though we know that is NOT going to happen, you still have a RIGHT to NOT cross a picket line becasue of this possibility.

Also, if you have to work behing the SEIU's picket line because of a contract clause, PLEASE, DO NOT, ; pick-up or clean-up, or serve food REGARDLESS !

Lastly, for those in or near C-U. please help out in : manning picket lines, donating to SEIU's foodbank, or outright cash donations for the Workers to weather this storm.
For those of you who do not live in Champaign Urbana, please get the word out and pass along any and all messages in regards to these Workers and their Strike, and send e-mail letters of support.
These Workers NEED to know that they are NOT alone !
SEIU University of Illinois Workers did  NOT want a strike, but how far does a Worker have to be pushed before fighting back, and in the case of the SEIU Workers at the University of Illinois, they REFUSE to be pushed down any  farther !

PLEASE, help out and get the word out WORLD-WIDE !
