The Guardian has a nice interactive feature that attempts to give an
overview of the NSA scandal and what it means.

One highlight: it attempts to illustrate what it means that the NSA can go
three hops from a target by showing you how many people you're connected to
on Facebook by 3 hops. In my case, it's 38 million people. So, three hops
basically means that they can spy on everyone. And of course, they do.

The piece has short interviews with Wyden, Greenwald, ACLU, Scahill, EPIC,
and many others.
