Populism and neoliberalism, China and liberalism, Bolshevism and fascism are the subjects of tonight's discussion on UPTV (repeated thru the week).

Tonight's is the "Between Revolutions" Edition of News from Neptune.
Yesterday (November 7) was the anniversary of the Bolshevik coup in 1917.
Tomorrow (November 9) is the anniversary of the National Socailist German Workers' Party putsch in 1923, Kristallnacht in 1938, and the fall of the Berlin wall in 1989.

The last stanza of Guenter Grass' sonnet, "Novemberland" (in an indifferent translation):
