Dr. Flowers has testified before Congress, and was arrested at the Baccus Senate Healthcare Committee Hearings in 2009.
She has appeared on Bill Moyers' Journal, Democracy Now and Fox Business News as well as many local and international outlets and in documentaries. Her writing is regularly published in TruthOut and AlJazeera English. She also serves as co-director of ItsOurEconomy.us and co-host of Clearing the FOG Radio.org.
